Yes, the application is compatible with Windows 10. I've downloaded the installation package and launched it on Windows 10 64bit. As you can see in the image below, the software is running just fine.
Note: As this is important, you will have to launch it as Administrator or you'll encounter issues otherwise.
I try to connect different DVR models to IMS200. I try HIVISION and it's working. What are the other supported DVR models?

Although IMS200 is released to work with the DOSS products, it appears that it can be used with a wide range of NVRs and DVRs. Unfortunately, there is no precise list with the supported DVR models. Besides DOSS website, you can find the software on SysVideo as well where more details are provided about the application.
When I try to open IMS 200 I get an error message "Load Background Image Failed" and the program will not open. This program worked just fine for about a month with my security cameras and the error started when trying to open on my HP laptop.

You will have to select the program in compatibility mode. To do this, right click the executable file and select Properties > Compatibility. Choose Windows XP Service Pack 3. Accept the changes, then right click it again and use Run as Administrator. The application should load normally this time without any errors, but if you do encounter other issues, re-install it using its own setup package.
I have a problem with IMS200 on Windows 8. When I open the program, it charges but after a few minutes, it closes itself. Should someone tell me why and how can I resolve it?

You encounter these issues because the application wasn't specifically designed for Windows, therefore, bugs may appear. Try running it as Administrator and adjust its compatibility to Windows XP. It should work this way.
The problem is caused by the ActiveX plug-in. Try to close down all other applications that consume important system resources. Once those resources are freed, the application will run normally.

Unfortunately, there isn't an official user guide available for the TV Wall function, but you can find instructions using Google search engine. Also, you can obtain further information if you contact Doss, the application developer. You can get in touch with them using the contact form from the official web page.
Before using PTZ, you need to set it up first. To do this, I recommend on using the PDF manual. You can use Google to reach it. A valid copy is found at the Ebookaag website. Visit the page and scroll down to the section 6.4.
